Public transport
- Underground: North Greenwich, Jubilee line, approximately 3–5 minutes’ walk.
- Rail: Greenwich or Charlton mainline stations, followed by a short taxi or bus connection.
- Bus: routes serving North Greenwich include 129, 161, 188, 422 and 486.
- River: North Greenwich Pier is approximately a 9-minute walk from the venue.
- Bicycle: cycle facilities are available.
Airports
London City Airport is the closest major airport. Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted are also accessible through London’s rail and public-transport network.
Parking and drop-off
There is no general public parking on the Magazine London site. Public transport is strongly recommended. Drop-off and local parking options are available around Greenwich Peninsula and The O2; check current arrangements before travelling.
Accessibility
Magazine London states that the venue is fully accessible, with step-free access to the ground floor, an accessible lift to mezzanine levels, accessible toilets and a hearing loop available by prior arrangement.
Hotels and accommodation
Greenwich Peninsula, North Greenwich and Canary Wharf provide a range of accommodation options. Any negotiated UKIEE hotel arrangements will be published separately after confirmation.
Exhibitor freight and logistics
Build-up, breakdown, vehicle access, loading, freight, customs, storage and contractor instructions will be issued through exhibitor operations. Do not dispatch freight to the venue without written UKIEE logistics instructions.

Participants are responsible for checking applicable UK entry requirements. Attendance or participation documentation may be issued only after registration and verification where appropriate. UKIEE cannot guarantee visa approval or provide regulated immigration advice.
