UKIEE 2027 is developing a structured programme connecting verified project owners, buyers, procurement professionals and technical decision-makers with relevant confirmed exhibitors.
Participation is application-led. Meetings proceed only where the proposed match is relevant and both parties agree.
Who may qualify
Professionals may qualify where their responsibilities include:
- budget approval;
- procurement or sourcing;
- supplier selection;
- technical specification;
- project development;
- asset operation;
- technology evaluation;
- investment assessment;
- responsibility for public or institutional infrastructure.
Consultants and advisers may be considered where they have a credible client or project mandate.
Who does not automatically qualify
The following do not automatically qualify:
- general visitors;
- suppliers seeking customers;
- brokers without a procurement mandate;
- consultants without an active client requirement;
- recruiters;
- students;
- service providers without relevant buying responsibility.
How qualification works
1. Apply
The professional submits information about their responsibility, organisation and requirements.
2. Verification
UKIEE reviews organisational legitimacy, role, purchasing or specification responsibility and project relevance.
3. Access decision
Approved applicants receive the relevant complimentary-access allocation.
4. Matching
Buyer requirements are compared with confirmed exhibitor capabilities.
5. Mutual meeting approval
Meetings are scheduled only when both participants accept and capacity is available.

Meeting principles
Meetings are:
- based on relevant requirements and capabilities;
- subject to buyer acceptance;
- subject to exhibitor acceptance;
- scheduled according to availability;
- voluntary;
- not guaranteed to produce a commercial outcome.
UKIEE does not compel participants to meet, purchase, disclose confidential information or enter commercial negotiations.
Privacy
Buyer information will not be sold or distributed as an unrestricted marketing database.
Information may be used to:
- assess eligibility;
- identify potentially relevant confirmed exhibitors;
- administer accepted meetings;
- manage agreed follow-up;
- produce anonymised or aggregate programme reporting.
