This is the formal application stage for organisations that wish to exhibit physically, enter a commercial partnership, or apply for both.

Important: Submission of the signed registration form constitutes an offer to participate. A booking becomes binding when UK Petroleum Co. Ltd issues written acceptance or a Participation Confirmation identifying the accepted package and fee. Payment then becomes contractually due in accordance with that confirmation and the applicable terms; non-payment does not itself cancel or release the participant from the confirmed booking or sums due.
