Understand the organiser responsibilities, governance and delivery arrangements for UKIEE 2027.

UKIEE 2027 is organised by UK Petroleum Co. Ltd.

The organiser retains responsibility for strategic direction, commercial arrangements, programme approval, communications, compliance coordination and overall event delivery.

Executive responsibility

UK Petroleum Co. Ltd retains final responsibility for:

  • event strategy;
  • commercial decisions;
  • contractual arrangements;
  • programme approval;
  • official communications;
  • participation decisions;
  • delivery coordination;
  • organiser-level compliance.

Programme governance

The programme will be developed according to:

  • relevance to the UKIEE scope;
  • professional and audience value;
  • technical or commercial substance;
  • evidence and practical experience;
  • programme balance;
  • disclosure of relevant commercial interests;
  • separation between sponsorship and editorial control.

Sponsorship or exhibition participation does not automatically include a speaking position.

Commercial and partnerships

The organiser is responsible for managing:

  • exhibitor engagement;
  • sponsorship;
  • supporting organisations;
  • media partners;
  • institutional participation;
  • commercial proposals;
  • formal participation agreements;
  • approved use of event and participant branding.

Venue and exhibition operations

Operational planning will include:

  • venue coordination;
  • exhibition layout;
  • registration;
  • production;
  • access;
  • contractor coordination;
  • participant services;
  • technical requirements;
  • build-up and breakdown;
  • visitor and exhibitor operations.

Detailed operational information will be issued after the venue, suppliers and event configuration have been confirmed.

Health, safety and compliance

Event-level health, safety and operational requirements will be coordinated with the confirmed venue and appropriately competent specialists.

Exhibitors, contractors, speakers and participants will remain responsible for complying with the requirements applicable to their own personnel, activities, equipment and materials.

Academic and technical review

Relevant technical, academic and research contributions may be reviewed according to:

  • technical quality;
  • evidence;
  • practical relevance;
  • originality;
  • clarity;
  • event-scope alignment;
  • professional value.

Acceptance of a contribution does not constitute endorsement of every claim, product, organisation or conclusion presented.

Programme Advisory Group

A focused Programme Advisory Group is being developed to provide relevant industry, technology, investment, academic and policy perspectives.

The group will be advisory. Final programme, commercial and operational decisions remain with UK Petroleum Co. Ltd.

Names will be published only following formal acceptance and permission to publish.

Delegate and international engagement

The organiser will coordinate participation routes for:

  • professional visitors;
  • conference delegates;
  • qualified buyers;
  • government representatives;
  • institutional participants;
  • academic and research participants;
  • international delegations;
  • media;
  • approved future-talent participants.

External specialists and suppliers

Relevant venue, registration, exhibition, production, audiovisual, safety, security, logistics and participant-service specialists will be appointed according to confirmed event requirements.

Confirmed appointments will be published where appropriate after contractual completion and permission to publish.
