What is The Project Room?
A structured setting for authorised, non-confidential project introductions and direct discussions between project owners and organisations with relevant delivery capabilities.
What is City Energy Projects?
A thematic exhibition sector focused on infrastructure serving cities, including electricity networks, heat, buildings, energy storage, mobility, essential services and digital energy.
Can any company exhibit?
Participation is intended for organisations with genuine, demonstrable relevance to energy projects or city infrastructure. The organiser assesses commercial options and availability.
Are projects or tenders guaranteed?
No. Public project intelligence, illustrative examples and interested organisations must not be presented as approved Project Room requirements or procurement opportunities.
Will UKIEE select the winning supplier?
No. Project owners retain procurement authority, qualification rules and contracting decisions. The event facilitates discussion, not awards.
Can a consortium be formed?
Relevant organisations may discuss complementary capabilities and potential consortium arrangements independently. No automated consortium formation or acceptance service is promised.
Is the location confirmed?
Magazine London is the proposed venue; the planned period is 24–27 May 2027. Final visitor days and access details await confirmation.
