Space and stand format
Requested area, location, shell scheme or space-only arrangement and any applicable build rules.
Included services
Confirm furniture, power, connectivity, cleaning, exhibitor passes, marketing and catalogue exposure—only where specified.
Full cost basis
Confirm currency, VAT treatment, required extras, payment schedule and cancellation provisions.
Project Room participation
Ask whether any specific facilitation services are offered and distinguish these from independent procurement processes.
