Approved international organisations can participate in UKIEE 2027 through the UKIEE Remote Exhibitor Hub and speak directly with visitors attending the physical exhibition in London through scheduled live video chat.
The organiser will manage Hub access, scheduling and technical operation. Participating exhibitors will manage their own representatives, presentations and business conversations.

- The exhibitor manages its own representative, presentation and business discussion.
- Visitors may submit consented enquiries or request follow-up meetings.

Online access: Full livestreaming of every conference session is not guaranteed.
Important Participation Information
Remote participation is subject to relevance, suitability, technical readiness, available Hub capacity, written approval and completion of the applicable agreement, payment and onboarding requirements.
- A physical exhibition stand is not included.
- Continuous or unrestricted video-chat access is not guaranteed.
- Visitor conversations, meetings, leads, sales and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
- A Remote Showcase Presentation is subject to programme review and is not automatically included.
- Remote exhibitors do not receive unrestricted access to the visitor or delegate database.
- Visitor contact information may be shared only where the visitor submits an enquiry, requests follow-up or provides the required consent.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their representatives, equipment, connectivity, presentations, claims and business conversations.
