How Physical Exhibiting Works

Submit a non-binding exhibitor enquiry.
The organising team reviews the organisation and its requirements.
Following venue confirmation, suitable applicants receive stand dimensions, package inclusions, fees and participation terms.
Participation is confirmed through a written agreement and applicable payment.
Approved exhibitors submit their company and operational information.
Final stand allocation and exhibitor instructions are issued before the event.

Current status: Final stand dimensions, locations, technical inclusions, build arrangements and prices will be issued after the London venue and exhibition layout have been contractually confirmed.
