Participate in practical UKIEE 2027 workshops focused on AI readiness, renewable-energy projects, investment and implementation.

UKIEE 2027 will include a limited number of practical workshops designed for active participation and clear implementation challenges rather than general presentations.

To maintain quality and operational control, no more than two principal workshops are currently planned.

AI Readiness and Practical AI Deployment in Energy

  • Identifying suitable AI use cases.
  • Assessing data readiness.
  • Governance and accountability.
  • Technology and vendor considerations.
  • Operational integration.
  • Workforce readiness.
  • Pilot preparation.
  • Measuring value and risk.

Proposed Workshop 2

Developing Investable Renewable-Energy Projects

  • Project definition and commercial viability.
  • Risk identification and investment readiness.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Planning and delivery.
  • Technology selection.
  • Supply-chain considerations.

Workshop format

  • Approximately 60–90 minutes.
  • Advance registration and limited capacity.
  • Facilitated by experienced professionals.
  • Practical discussion or exercises.
  • Clear learning or decision-making outcomes.

Workshops will not be described as accredited or certified unless appropriate independent accreditation is formally secured.

Workshop proposals

Acceptance depends on relevance, facilitator experience, practical value, room capacity, operational requirements, commercial arrangements and avoidance of excessive sales promotion.
