Limited Live Remote Exhibiting

Apply for limited live remote exhibiting connected to the physical UKIEE 2027 exhibition.

UKIEE 2027 is primarily a physical exhibition and Project Delivery Forum in London.

To support relevant international participation, a limited number of approved organisations may exhibit remotely through a designated live digital format connected to the physical exhibition.

Remote exhibiting is not a general online-attendance service. It is a structured exhibiting route for qualifying organisations with relevant technologies, services, project capabilities or applied research.

Successful applicants will be allocated a defined participation format and scheduled live-engagement periods, subject to technical testing, programme suitability and capacity.

Who may apply?

Remote exhibiting may be appropriate for:

  • international technology providers unable to send a full exhibition team to London;
  • project organisations seeking relevant international engagement;
  • universities and applied-research teams;
  • applied technology providers with suitable project-relevant and demonstrable capability;
  • specialist suppliers serving selected energy markets;
  • organisations facing proportionate travel, logistical or operational barriers.

Applications will be assessed according to:

  • alignment with the UKIEE exhibition scope;
  • professional and commercial relevance;
  • quality of the proposed presentation;
  • readiness for live engagement;
  • technical compatibility;
  • availability during assigned exhibition hours;
  • overall balance of the remote exhibitor area.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

How live remote participation works

Remote exhibitors must be actively represented during their assigned participation periods.

Accepted organisations may be required to provide:

  • one or more authorised representatives;
  • a live video connection;
  • a concise company or capability presentation;
  • relevant digital product information;
  • suitable demonstrations or screen content;
  • contact and follow-up preferences;
  • a tested internet, audio and video setup.

UKIEE may suspend or remove participation that is unattended, technically unsuitable or inconsistent with the approved scope.

Project & Procurement Exchange eligibility

Approved remote exhibitors may be eligible to complete a supplier profile and submit relevant meeting requests through the UKIEE Project & Procurement Exchange.

Participation remains subject to buyer requirements, mutual acceptance, technical availability and programme capacity.

Remote exhibiting does not guarantee meetings, leads, contracts or access to confidential buyer information.

What is not automatically included

Remote exhibiting does not automatically include:

  • a Project Delivery Forum contribution;
  • physical venue signage;
  • unrestricted commercial-partnership benefits;
  • physical hospitality access;
  • attendee contact data;
  • guaranteed buyer meetings;
  • guaranteed leads;
