Submit an authorised non-confidential energy or city infrastructure requirement for consideration.

For project owners and authorised representatives

Introduce a project or procurement need

Requirements may relate to generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, grids, renewables, storage or city infrastructure. The responsible organisation must have authority to share the information.

Useful project details

Ownership and permission

Who owns the project and who has authorised its introduction?

Project scope

Location, sector, functional need, current stage and indicative timeline.

Delivery requirements

Potential engineering, technology, equipment, construction, financing or operational needs.

Safe disclosure

Provide only non-confidential, publicly discussable information. Do not upload restricted tender, pricing or personal data.

What happens after you enquire?

  1. The organiser reviews whether the enquiry is within UKIEE’s scope.
  2. Project owners may be asked to clarify authority, confidentiality and stage.
  3. Publication or a discussion proceeds only if approved by the appropriate parties.

An information-only enquiry can be selected in the form; detailed project disclosure is not required for that route.

Introduce a requirement or ask for Project Room information
