When is UKIEE 2027 taking place?

UKIEE 2027 is planned for 27–29 April 2027.

Where will the event take place?

London, United Kingdom. The venue is being finalised and will be announced after contractual confirmation.

Is registration open?

Expressions of interest are open. Formal admission and ticket arrangements will be published after venue and capacity are confirmed.

Is the event free?

Final visitor, conference and workshop access arrangements have not yet been published.

Can I exhibit physically?

Yes. Proposed routes include an Innovation Pod, Standard Exhibition Stand or Partner Stand, subject to the confirmed layout.

Can I exhibit without travelling?

Yes. A Remote Exhibitor Package will be available for eligible organisations.

Does remote exhibiting include a virtual stand?

Remote participation uses digital profiles, uploaded materials and selected presentation opportunities; it does not involve a complex three-dimensional virtual platform.

Will the conference be livestreamed?

Selected sessions may be available online. Full livestreaming is not guaranteed.

Can I speak?

Professionals may submit a proposal. Acceptance depends on relevance, expertise, balance and capacity.

Will workshops be available?

A limited number of practical workshops are planned. Advance registration and limits may apply.

Can universities participate?

Yes, through academic contributions, research displays, speakers or an agreed institutional arrangement.

Will there be business matchmaking?

Introductions may be facilitated where appropriate and mutually agreed, but meetings and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Can international participants request visa support?

The organiser may provide basic confirmation of verified registration where appropriate, but cannot guarantee a visa or influence immigration decisions.

Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Yes. Lead Partner, Programme Partner and Supporting Partner opportunities will be available.

Can an organisation use the UKIEE logo?

Only with written permission and applicable brand guidance.
