The Remote Exhibitor Package allows eligible organisations to participate in UKIEE 2027 without operating a physical stand in London.
This route is intended for international organisations, smaller companies, technology providers and institutions seeking to present their work while limiting travel and exhibition costs.

- Product or service information.
- Downloadable brochure.
- One promotional or presentation video.
- Website and contact links.
- Digital exhibitor-directory inclusion.
- Remote conference access.
- A scheduled online presentation opportunity, subject to approval.
- Inclusion in selected event communications.
Remote presentation opportunities
A limited number of remote exhibitors may be invited to deliver a scheduled 10–15 minute presentation addressing a relevant subject, providing practical or technical value, avoiding unsupported claims and meeting technical requirements. Acceptance is not automatic.
What remote exhibiting does not include
- A physical stand.
- A three-dimensional virtual booth.
- Continuous live booth staffing.
- Guaranteed attendee enquiries or business meetings.
- Unrestricted attendee data.
- Guaranteed speaking positions or commercial outcomes.
