Physical Exhibiting

Present your organisation, technology, project or service at UKIEE 2027 in London.

Physical exhibiting provides organisations with an opportunity to present their capabilities directly to energy-sector professionals, project stakeholders and event participants.

UKIEE 2027 is being designed as a compact exhibition. The number and size of stands will be controlled to maintain a focused environment.

Who should exhibit?

  • Renewable-energy companies.
  • Technology, AI and software providers.
  • Engineering organisations.
  • Grid and storage providers.
  • Project developers.
  • Professional service firms.
  • Investors and finance providers.
  • Research institutions and universities.
  • Startups, training and supply-chain organisations.

How Physical Exhibiting Works

  1. Submit a non-binding enquiry.
  2. UKIEE reviews suitability and space requirements.
  3. After venue confirmation, the exhibitor receives dimensions, inclusions, prices and terms.
  4. Participation is confirmed through a signed agreement and payment.
  5. Exhibitor materials and operational information are submitted.
  6. Final stand allocation and exhibitor instructions are issued.

What is not yet available

  • Final stand dimensions.
  • Stand location.
  • Contractor specifications.
  • Furniture and power inclusions.
  • Build and breakdown hours.
  • Final prices.

An enquiry does not reserve space or create a binding booking. Final allocations will only be made after the venue, contractor arrangements, agreement and payment have been confirmed.
