UKIEE 2027 Exhibition & Participation Catalogue
UKIEE is presented as a project and procurement marketplace: Where Energy Projects Meet the Right Delivery Partners.
Project lifecycle proposition
The event is organised around the work required to define, prepare, engineer, qualify, procure, deliver and operate energy projects. It connects project requirements with engineering, supplier capability, technical evidence, procurement and delivery capability.
Six project functions
- Projects and project readiness.
- Engineering and project delivery.
- Procurement and supplier readiness.
- Technology readiness and project integration.
- Asset operations and reliability.
- International project supply and partnerships.
Project & Procurement mechanism
The Project Room uses a simple route: present the project, explain the requirement, discuss relevant capability, then continue directly where there is mutual interest.
Conference status
The previous Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 programme structure is retired. Cranfield University is organising the conference programme. Detailed themes, topics, formats, timings and contributors are being finalised and will be published when approved.
Exhibiting and audience
The catalogue is aimed at project owners and developers, engineering and EPC/EPCM/PMC organisations, procurement and contracts teams, OEMs and project suppliers, specialist contractors, technical-assurance providers, project-controls specialists, operations and reliability teams, logistics and professional services.
Magazine London Venue Catalogue
This venue presentation is supplied by Prestigious Venues. It identifies Magazine London as the UKIEE venue and uses May 2027 as the current event timing.
The presentation includes venue photography, a London location map, ground-floor and first-floor venue layouts, and a page identifying venue-delivery categories such as production and AV, catering, event Wi-Fi, security, cleaning and furniture.
Programme, participation and activity details shown in earlier planning material are not treated as final. Current programme information is published on the UKIEE Conference pages.
Combined Floor Plan
The venue plan identifies the principal UKIEE areas at Magazine London.
- Space 1 / Premium Exhibition Zone A: 864 square metres.
- Space 2 / Main Exhibition Zone B: 1,741 square metres.
- Mezzanine 1 / Conference + Project Room: 292 square metres.
- Mezzanine 2 / Government, VIP & Project Owner Centre: 273 square metres.

The exhibitor coordination page shows stand references A01-A35 and B01-B91 over a 2.5 metre gangway and fire-egress coordination grid. Exit approaches remain outside booth footprints. The source venue drawing states that measurements must be checked on site and the printed plan must not be scaled.
Project Room Public Briefing
The Project Room is a dedicated business environment where governments, utilities, public authorities and project owners present energy projects and requirements. Relevant project managers, engineers, EPC/EPCM companies, manufacturers, technology providers, investors, financiers and specialist suppliers can hear the requirement directly and discuss where they may fit.
The mechanism in four steps
- Introduce: the project owner presents the project and its broad requirement.
- Hear: participating organisations review or hear the public information directly from the project owner.
- Discuss: relevant organisations can ask questions and explain capability or interest directly in the Project Room.
- Continue directly: where there is mutual interest, subsequent technical, commercial, procurement, investment or contractual engagement takes place between the relevant parties.
Public Energy Project Intelligence is separate
Public Energy Project Intelligence summarises selected publicly available projects for market awareness. A listing does not mean the project owner is participating in UKIEE or has submitted a requirement to The Project Room.
UKIEE provides the exhibition environment for project introduction and business discussion. It does not select or qualify suppliers, conduct procurement, award contracts or guarantee meetings, investment or commercial outcomes.
