Founding Exhibitor Programme — UKIEE 2027

An early-participation route for suitable delivery organisations joining the inaugural UKIEE edition before the wider exhibitor base is established.

UKIEE 2027 is the inaugural edition. The Founding Exhibitor Programme is designed to give suitable delivery organisations a clear commercial reason to participate early rather than wait for the final exhibitor list.

The programme is for organisations with demonstrable project-delivery capability relevant to the engineering, equipment, technology, finance, contracting, operations or specialist needs commonly associated with the projects discussed through The Project Room.

Why participate early

Priority stand-position discussion

Early accepted exhibitors can discuss available stand positions before later allocations reduce choice. No position is reserved until confirmed in writing by the organiser.

Early exhibitor visibility

After contractual confirmation and publication approval, founding exhibitors can be included in early exhibitor communications and the public capability directory.

Project-led positioning

Your public profile is structured around what your organisation can engineer, manufacture, finance, integrate, supply, test, commission or operate—not simply your company description.

Project Room readiness

Confirmed exhibitors can review publication-approved Project Room projects and prepare relevant capability information for relevant discussion requests. Exhibiting does not guarantee a meeting, tender or contract.

Early participation assets

Subject to the accepted package and written confirmation, early exhibitors may receive participation graphics, selected promotional inclusion and relevant organiser communications for use in their own market activity.

Meeting-request preparation

Where a confirmed project or procurement participant has authorised engagement, founding exhibitors can prepare early requests supported by evidence of a credible delivery fit. All meetings remain relevance-led and permission-based.

What UKIEE expects from a founding exhibitor

  • a clear description of the project problems your organisation solves;
  • relevant references, standards, certifications and qualification evidence;
  • specific equipment, engineering, technology, finance or service capability;
  • delivery geography, capacity, lead times and integration requirements where relevant;
  • a named commercial or technical contact able to engage with project and procurement discussions.

How the route works

  1. Review current Project Room projects and UKIEE scope.
  2. Submit a non-binding exhibitor enquiry or formal registration.
  3. UKIEE reviews relevance, available space and the capability you intend to present.
  4. Commercial terms, stand position and any applicable early-participation benefits are confirmed in writing.
  5. After acceptance and publication permission, your exhibitor capability can be published and relevant Project Room preparation can begin.

Commercial boundary: Founding Exhibitor status is not an endorsement, preferred-supplier designation or guarantee of access to a particular government, project owner, procurement body, tender, meeting or commercial outcome. Any benefit, space allocation or promotional inclusion applies only where stated in the organiser’s written confirmation.
