When is UKIEE 2027 taking place?

UKIEE 2027 is planned for 27–29 April 2027.

Where will the event take place?

The event will take place in London, United Kingdom. The venue is being finalised and will be announced after contractual confirmation.

What is Live Remote Exhibiting?

Live Remote Exhibiting allows approved organisations to participate in UKIEE 2027 without operating a physical stand in London. Remote exhibitors may receive a digital company profile and scheduled opportunities to speak directly with visitors through the UKIEE Remote Exhibitor Hub.

Can remote exhibitors speak directly with visitors?

Yes. Visitors attending the physical exhibition may request live video conversations with available remote exhibitors during scheduled participation periods.

Who controls the video-chat connection?

The UKIEE organising team manages access, scheduling and technical operation. Once a connection has been established, the remote exhibitor manages its representative, presentation and business conversation.

Does the organiser participate in the business discussion?

The organiser may assist with technical or operational issues but will not normally participate in private commercial discussions between visitors and exhibitors.

Can visitors contact remote exhibitors at any time?

Live conversations will take place during scheduled availability periods. When an exhibitor is unavailable, visitors may be able to submit an enquiry or request a follow-up meeting.

Does remote exhibiting include a physical stand?

No. Organisations requiring physical exhibition space should enquire about a Physical Exhibitor Package.

Is a showcase presentation included?

A limited number of remote exhibitors may be offered a Remote Showcase Presentation. This is subject to programme approval and is not automatically included unless confirmed in writing.

Will remote exhibitors receive visitor contact details?

Visitor information will only be shared where the visitor submits an enquiry, requests a meeting or provides the necessary consent. Remote exhibitors will not receive unrestricted access to the complete delegate database.

Is the full conference available online?

Selected sessions may be made available online. Full livestreaming of the complete conference programme is not guaranteed.

Is registration open?

Expressions of interest are open. Formal admission and ticket arrangements will be published after venue and capacity are confirmed.

Can I exhibit physically?

Yes. Proposed routes include an Innovation Pod, Standard Exhibition Stand or Partner Stand, subject to the confirmed layout.

Can I speak?

Professionals may submit a proposal. Acceptance depends on relevance, expertise, balance and capacity.

Will workshops be available?

A limited number of practical workshops are planned. Advance registration and limits may apply.

Can universities participate?

Yes, through academic contributions, research displays, speakers or an agreed institutional arrangement.

Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Yes. Lead Partner, Programme Partner and Supporting Partner opportunities will be available.
